1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Shadow Step Games mobile application ("our Games"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games.

2. Age Requirement

Our Games are not directed at children under the age of 13. By using our Games, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Use of Our Games

Our Games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Games or any part of them
• Use our Games for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense our Games or their content

4. Intellectual Property

All content in our Games, including but not limited to artwork, music, sound effects, code, and design, is the property of Shadow Step Games and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The artwork featured in our Games was created by Coralie Nagel and is used under licence.

5. In-App Purchases

Our Games may offer in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") processed through Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

6. Advertisements

Our Games may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks including Google AdMob and Unity Ads. These ads may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may remove advertisements by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option within our Games.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Games integrate third-party services including Google Play, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Shadow Step Games is not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

8. Game Data and Saves

Our Games do not require an account and do not store data on external servers. All game progress, settings, and save data are stored locally on your device. Shadow Step Games is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or clearing app data. There is no cloud backup or data recovery service.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee that our Games will be available at all times or that they will continue to be available indefinitely. We may update, modify, or discontinue our Games at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our Games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadow Step Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Games.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Games shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Games after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
